Wash your hands when doing anything near your face, and wash the burn with tepid water and mild antibacterial soap, rinse well and pat dry with a clean towel.
You could use some cortisone cream -NOT ointment - on it, for a day or two, then plain Aveeno lotion (not "active naturals"). Stay out of the sun while it heals, and use SUNSCREEN!

Moisturize the skin. First degree is not that serious and should heal quickly if kept moisturized.
