Whole body is itchy?

No other symptoms, i didnt eat anything unusual or different, but this is the second night in a row where my whole body is super itchy for no reason

Update:

I dont think its bedbugs bc i change my sheets every 2 weeks or so

    maybe you have bedbugs you need to get rid of

    No extra vitamins or nutritional yeast either?  If it's that, it will stop in a few minutes.  

    Could it be dry skin?  Does lotion help it?  

    Or maybe an allergy.
