Can a warrant be issued for my arrest?
I have a court date set up for unpaid rent. I've had them before but never showed up because I be always had the money to pay prior to the court date. This time, however, will be different. I don't have the money to pay,but have given my landlord my 30 day notice to vacate and have asked to make payment arrangements. If I don't show up this time, will they issue a warrant for my arrest?

No, but you never want to let the other side talk to the judge without you their. The landlord could ask for something weird and if you aren't there to object there is a small chance the judge might agree.
Show up, burst into tears. Decent chance you could delay/stall the procces.

No, not in contract matters. The judge will either reschedule the case or he will decide to proceed without you there. You have no right of expectation that the landlord should or will accept "payment arrangements" or any kind of a payment plan. The lease did not allow for that. You contracted to pay as outlined in the lease. If you do not currently have the money to pay off your debt, expect a judgment to be entered against you and, should still pay it off as soon as you can.

no. and if you don't show up, the landlord's request will be immediately granted -- meaning an order for you to vacate will be issued with the usual number of days to comply. [varies by state]
landlord will also be granted his costs [added to your bill] and you'll be ordered to pay the usual back rent, costs, fees, and whatever else the lease specifies.
on the appointed day, the "puter-outers" will show up and if you have not vacated, your things will be moved to the curb [rain or shine] for you to collect at your leisure. [no; security for your things is NOT provided ... that's your problem].

It is a civil case. If you don't show up you will simply have a default judgment issued.

Rent debt is civil action there is no warrants for arrest for civil action, if you do not turn up the landlord will get a default judgement and be given an eviction date, you will receive an eviction letter and will get a CCJ on your credit record, owe the rent debt, legal costs ........ so the long term issue is your credit record which you 'could' potential avoid getting by talking to your landlord arranging to pay and asking for him to not go to court as you are leaving anyway..... and PAY what you owe

No, warrants are not issued for civil cases. The judge will simply rule against you and court costs will be added to the judgement.
Thee will be no payment arrangements. The judgement will remain until paid in full.

Just go and explain the situation, why make things harder for yourself? It's not like they'll fine or jail you.
