I have Cross Country. Is it bad to have a burrito from Taco Bell 4 hours before running?

If it's bad, is there any thing I can do to not feel weird when running?

    I wouldn't recommend doing that though the burrito could leave you bloated for hours after you eat it, which can cause side stitches. Have some thing lighter like a salad or a light snack with some protein in it (not fast food or junk food) a few hours before you go running.
