The right. Lower taxes, gun rights, cut spending, deregulation, decimate the EPA, ect. It can be argued that Ronald Reagan was a libertarian. He did say in an interview once that he believed the heart of his philosophy was libertarianism. You have GOP candidates now like Rand Paul who have some libertarian leanings. Bernie Sanders may have some libertarian views, but he wants the government to play too big of a role. Sanders has been highy critical of the Koch Brothers who are libertarians.
