What do fast motorized bikes require?

I saw a motorized bike that goes 35mph and i read on the dmv website that it could legally be ridden on the street and since it can go at such a good pace I assume you can go in either lane not just the right lane as its closest to the bike lane. So does it need turn signals

    Practically or legally? Legal varies by state, might not be legal at all. Practically? --BRAKES, front bicycle racer disc brakes at least, no tire rim squeeze rubber pads made from rubber band, actual disc brakes like some mountain bike and racers use that can slow you down when you really need it trying to ride from police.
