His governmental structure was left-wing.
The racism/anti-Semitism isn't a left or right wing thing.
It was a collectivist government in the vein of communism, but instead of basing it on a class system like communism, it was based upon nationalism.
If you study what the governments were about, both Communism and Fascism were collectivist systems. "Right wing" in the vein of US Conservative politics, is the opposite of collectivism.
Conservative politics, (Small central government, with a focus on the state's rights) taken to its extreme, does not lead to a large centralized Fascist collective government
