Astrology house?
Are the astrological houses supposed to reflect each other? My 1st house reflects my 7th house which is 13 and 2' and my 7th is also 13 and 2'..it is like this for 2 and 8, 3 and 9, and so on..just varying degree numbers.

Opposite houses always have the same degrees and opposite signs. So if the 2nd house is 3 Gemini 15, the 8th house will be 3 Sagittarius 15. If the 3rd is 27 Cancer 29 the 9th will be 27 Capricorn 29. It has to do with the way charts are calculated and envisioning the ecliptic as a circle, and 100% of the quadrant house systems are like this.
Some astrologers advocate the idea that one house has the same significance as it's opposite only weaker especially when the house is empty, i.e. there are no planets in it. So the 2nd is wealth and therefore so is the 8th, which is spouse's wealth. The 8th is death and therefore the second can indicate death under certain circumstances.
