Try to
A- Change your diet. Eating superfoods for breakfast helps to give you loads of energy!
B- Make sure you get a good night's sleep!
C- Eat salads with every meal and plenty of fruits.
D- Search online and see how many litres of water you need to consume daily as per your body weight. Make sure you aren't dehydrated.
E- Read Louis L Haye's Positive Affirmations. Don't ignore this! It will change your life I promise!!

Folic Acid. Twice a day. I call them miracle pills. Very cheap to buy over the counter.
I take them every day. No regrets at all.
One at breakfast + one at lunch
