Am I allowed to eat an Indian takeaway (UK) when pregnant?

My boyfriend wants to get a takeaway tonight. I don't like them much but I heard Indian is the safest above Chinese. I do like Chinese food.

What's safe to have and is it safe at all? I would prefer spicy food

Unless yours is a high risk pregnancy or the doctor has given you some specific dietary restrictions, you can eat any damned thing you want in complete safety for the entire length of your pregnancy.

Yes, of course, if you feel like it. If you just want something mild, try rice with dhal. You can always add some of what he is having if you fancy it.
