Just the regular supermarket kind. I want to make it for dinner tomorrow it’s 5pm today. When should I take it out to defrost? Should I defrost in the fridge or on the counter? I feel like the fridge is safer as our kitchen is sunny.

My boyfriend cooked chicken pieces because they needed to be used today and they were left to cool last night (had some then) but they're wrapped in tin foil in the fridge and now it's the following afternoon. Can I eat some now or are they unsafe when pregnant?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant with my first. Yesterday I'm sure I started to lose my plug and I've been leaking more discharge which is white and creamy but around it seems to be watery too. It doesn't smell or anything and my discharge has been increasing for a few weeks it's getting very annoying.

Should I phone my midwife or could it just be my discharge?

He's 25 and hasn't had this before. Last night we ate a very hot spicy curry and he woke up in the night with diarrhoea and he vomited a few times. The curry seemed to be the cause (not undercooked it was the spice). He still has stomach pain and a few minutes ago went to to toilet again and there was bright red blood when he wiped and red blood in the toilet. He's very scared and it's Saturday so it's hard to get to a GP. Is this worrying? I don't think it's serious but he's terrified he's going to die. He wasn't straining or anything

I don't mind the genre as long as it's not too extreme for fantasy and not extremely heavy romance and no explicit content. I'd prefer books that don't read too childishly as I'm 24.

Yeah I know they're sheepskin but they are several years old. I have a classic dark brown pair, a white sequin pair and a knitted pair (I guess the knit ones are safest to go in the machine)

They need washed they are stained and dirty and I have really severe OCD and if they can't be washed through they go for the bin.

Spraying stuff on them won't make them wearable for me.
