Where is the cheapest place to have a wedding? (UK)?
As in registry office, church or hiring somewhere. Not as in city or town that's cheapest.

Registry office, by far. Of course any associated frippery that you decide to add in (clothes, rings, flowers, reception) will cost, but for the actual wedding ceremony, registry office is always going to be your cheapest option.
