How long does it take to thaw frozen minced beef?
Just the regular supermarket kind. I want to make it for dinner tomorrow it’s 5pm today. When should I take it out to defrost? Should I defrost in the fridge or on the counter? I feel like the fridge is safer as our kitchen is sunny.
