Pain in my arm?

I recently started working out with weights and ended up getting a bad pain in my arms because I started off to hard. I could bearly move my arms without it hurting like hell. Well I had to stop working out for a coupple days because of the pain and fast forward about 5 days and my arms are feeling way better, but I am still feeling a small pain close to my elbow joint (if that makes any sense). I am stretching my arm as often as I can for about 15 min at a time because I can t stretch it fully out yet. Well my point is, when should I start working out again? Because I don t want this to happen again.

Maybe you have knots in your forearms . i used to get this too from over working my forearms

It just means you pulled the mussel there farther, so it is taking longer to heal.
