Do youtube videos load faster if the video itself is just a picture?

Im trying to decide if in a music playlist, I should add just the lyric videos where the video is only one picture, or the actual music video where there's motion. Would there be a difference in load time?

    No.

    A video composed of one or a string of pictures is just as big as a real video with the same specs and quality. It doesn't matter if the pictures don't move. It's still a video.

    Yes it will load faster than a video with motions
