Im 15 help?

Hello My friends im 15 and some years ago a wart started forming on my dick well not on my dick but beside it and well years after i went to the doctor why years later cause my mom said it was normal my doc said it was skin colored and that HPV warts are white and painful and big or whatever and that they are condilomas so like im 15 now and well i dont have pain on it or whatever and ummmm i havent had no signs of nothing else like blisters, ulcers, secretions, its itchy but a tiny bit and i was detected epididmytis and well do i have an STD OR STI help im scared im a virgin havent had oral sex or anal or whatever. Im just a weirdo
