How to deal with Politics in the work place.?

Just wondering if any of you guys are dealing with this in your work place I am and I just want to know what or how to deal with it.

    If you feel you really need to talk about politics, don't take what is said or what you say personally, be detached. This will keep you or others from getting into heated or angry debates. Like a wild animal, don't "corner" someone in a debate, often for the same reasons. Let them off but maybe leave them with a question to ponder. Keep in mind why you are at work.

    Just keep repeating your point at the top of your lungs . They will tire soon and you will have the last word . Logic has no place here .

    Polite people don't discuss politics, religion, or sexual interests in the workplace or at the dinner table. Unless it's a 1920s Paris salon.
