Why do racists always use the good ol Chicago excuse to deflect crime in their community?

There is hardly any crime in my community. The only crime I hear about happens on the black side of town. Drug deals gone bad, robberies, etc but really that's to be expected and I'm sure it's like that everywhere in the U.S. They can't help it's in their nature.

Because Chicago is high in homicide, but they also got to realize a lot of that also falls on Government's fault as well. Like where is the Mayor?

What is racist about pointing out a massively crime ridden area compared to where they live?

My town does not even have a police force. Not a single cop. Never been a murder in the town since incorporation in 1825. Chicago cannot make that claim.

We know enough not to rob, beat, steal, or shoot each other. Why don't they figure it out?
