    Since God does not hear the prayer of the wicked, then the wicked turn to science, do they not?

    Like the ostrich God has deprived them of wisdom, has He not?

    Why start the story in the middle?

    Why don't we roll back the film and see how the leg went missing in the first place, science or prayer?

    What is more likely to cause the abject humiliation of having to lose a limb?

    1) Inescapable arms races and pervasive planetary poisoning;

    2) Contemplation upon the sacred allegories of scripture while prodigy arrives for problem solving in the midst of peaceful, pristine natural surroundings untainted by mega-industry and visions of genderless robotic techno-slave societies in outer space.

    You certainly at least ought to 'cure' what you disease and break, but you can't even do that. You can only make previously beautiful women into robots and teach them how to run marathons on your ridiculous artificial limbs, then expect to be given a cookie for it.

    Choke on it, dimwit.

    Thank God that science is possible.
