    Absolutely.

If everyone in the world was kind, it would be a wonderful place.

Rather than striving for kindness (giving or receiving), this is much better practiced. It is good for all involved.

Always and forever more. There is nothing worse than a broken heart by a cruel act or careless words.

Most definitely. If a person has not been in the past, it's never to late.

Ephesians 4:31,32 says: But become kind to one another, tenderly compassionate, freely forgiving one another just as God also by Christ freely forgave you.

The words " become kind" suggest that at least to a certain degree, we may not have been kind and that we may need to improve. Never to late to train ourselves to consider the feelings of others ahead of our own.
