go over to home improvement or hardware store and choose the new lock you'd like. Hardware starts at about $35 and up.
Installation by a handyman should take less than an hour -- call that part $50 at most

go to the hardware store and take a look, they can be inexpensive. as low as $20 each. replacing a knob and lock is simple it can be done in about 10 minuets with only a screwdriver (check you tube for a video to see how easy it is)
but don't skimp on the cheap one if you can afford the extra $30 for the much better quality one.
even better if you willing to spend more (maybe a couple hundred dollars total) find a style you like and get a complete set of them that way all exterior door locks use the same key. having the: front door, back door, garage access door & all deadbolts using the same key is really nice.

About $25 if you go to the hardware store, buy a new door knob/deadbolt and install it yourself.
Probably about $150-$200 if you hire a locksmith or handyperson.
