    They do and they just can't seem to grasp that trump lost the popular vote: they do not have a mandate. They are trying to serve only their donors and don't care that every professional medical group was against their plan and that the vast majority of the citizens were, as well.

    What is even more stupid, Sen.Graham is one of Sen.McCain best friends, he must have known how he would vote. This was an exercise in stupidity by republicans.
