Yes. With your parent's permission, you can call or email a local gym and start by explaining who you are and what you want to do. Then ask for help in it. The one thing that will make you rule this world and its people is actually asking for what you want. If you want someone to tell you about owning a gym, call and ask. That's the one thing noone else will do and how you can rule them from the start.
