birth documents?

how do i get my birth information from when i was born? not birth certificate but more of my health screening/ surgical operations when i stayed in the hospital at birth? I m 19 years old now

    You request your medical records from the hospital you were born in. Just call them or go and you have to sign a release. then the records are yours

    do you know for a fact you even had surgery when you were born?

    you would contact the hospital where you had the surgery

    I doubt you can. Hospitals don't keep records for that long.
