I'm 21 and just getting into college and want to become a doctor. Problem is that I also want to have kids one day and my reproductive health has some issues and I wont be able to have kids by the time I hit my late 20s. Is it possible to have a family while also going to school? Most my friends are having trouble keeping care of themselves much less a family

My sutures are ready to come out but havent yet and I cant take time off from work to go get them removed. They are dissolveable and well past their time. Is there anything I can do to make them fall out faster?

I had a surgery on my scrotum extending to the middle of my shaft. It's been 2 weeks today and the dissolveable sutures have started falling out but some of them look like they are being enveloped by my skin and one has already been enveloped completely. Will this produce a scar or will dissolveable sutures dissolve before then. The wound is already healed enough to produce a scar

I have dissolveable stitches on the underside of my glans to my scrotum- it was done 5 days ago. How can I help prevent scarring? I've heard using petroleum jelly helps but I seem to dissolve the stitches before the wound is sealed so I dont want to use it. How long should it take for it to finish healing? Any tips? Any on resolving a seroma?

My skin is very oily and very moist. Salicyclic acid doesnt seem to dry the skin like it should be. I m trying to get rid of calluses as they look unladylike but they surround a very sensitive spot. I have an idea of drying the area and then applying salicyclic acid. Does anyone know something ththaththat would really dry the skin. Almost to the point that it its flaking?
