It will not cause a problem that one of your stitches has broken. The wound will still heal fully, the spot where the stitch broke may take an extra day, but it will heal.
The doctor will not re-stitch because there is no need to do so and the wound will not heal any better or faster if he did. Indeed, after a few hours the edges of the wound will already have started to join together. Stitching ply holds the edges together to allow them to start joining, you can only gain from stitching totally raw edges together, not if the edges are already joining.
