How to dry your skin to the point of flaking?

My skin is very oily and very moist. Salicyclic acid doesnt seem to dry the skin like it should be. I m trying to get rid of calluses as they look unladylike but they surround a very sensitive spot. I have an idea of drying the area and then applying salicyclic acid. Does anyone know something ththaththat would really dry the skin. Almost to the point that it its flaking?

    wiping with methylated spirits dries the skin and removes the oil

    This is pointless. Go to the drugstore get a facewash and some moisturizers.

    go to a hot place dry desert
