Anyone from the UK been through this process? CR1?

If so I would love to know how long it took you? And also if anyone has been through the K3?

Thanks

That’s prob why our lawyer didn’t mention. It! I actually read this on the USCIS website about it. So people must still use this visa if they are still mentioning it on there website? Have you been through the CR1 process? Thanks

K3 is obsolete. No longer used. CR1 typically takes about a year, assuming the US-spouse meets earnings requirements, all the paperwork is in proper order, etc. But spouse visas do commonly take longer than fiancé visas, and can take a couple of years depending on many factors.
