American pasta's etc, grains, etc. are filled with GMO's. Our fish foods filled with mercury...what are our alternative choice foods....?
European countries say that they do not allow these negative GMO's into their foods. Our wealthy and our US Congress do not eat from our food chain...they have their own specialty organic farms and foods. Organics in our stores...PHD's and MD's have reported are highly questionable. Sugars are detrimental and in everything that we purchase practically. The US has more illnesses than any other country. HOW DO WE FIX THIS?

There's no such thing as GMO wheat in this country. There is a no-till farming method that uses Roundup to kill weeds in a fallow field, but the wheat planted in this system is not genetically modified. Therefore, GMO pasta is impossible to make.

You don't know what GMO's really are, do you? Grains are not "filled with GMO's"...thats impossible. GMO's are genetically modified organisms. Not ALL grains are genetically modified and there is no danger to them. Because Europe banned them means nothing..US banned cyclamates in artificial sweeteners and Europe uses them..so what? different strokes for different folks.
If you don't want to eat anything that is genetically modified, buy organic.
The worlds fish is filled with mercury because of pollution in the ocean..its not just an American issue. The world all contributed to that pollution too.
UPDATE: The US does NOT have more illness than any other country..man you just make stuff up or believe the silliest stuff.
Do some actual research and take an actual look at life expectancy and death rates of different countries of the world to see where the US actually stand.

Pastas are you kidding? This is not about a simple 's. We all need a absolute clue as to what we are eating/not eating ...where it is coming from and how it is negatively affecting every negative thing that we as a country/as a people do. LOL. That 'S' 'thang' is a joke...and it clearly proves this case. How empty headed we as a people are...do to the negative foods that we eat. BTW Go to the library and study up on the foods of America from notable scientists, PHD's., DO's that give a hang to the healthful future of this planets citizens.

pastas, not pasta's. It's simply plural, not possessive so just add the letter "s." It's really not that difficult to do. There is absolutely nothing wrong with GMOs. If you've eaten corn in the last 20 years or so you've consumed GMOs. Where is your scientific evidence that they're bad? Oh that's right - there isn't any.

Homegrown or organic fruits and vegetables. You can also make your own bread (using a five-minute bread recipe that requires no kneading) and make your own pasta. There are companies such as Bob's Red Mill that sell organic, non-GMO flours and grains. (Check on Amazon.com.) Choose fish that don't retain mercury, but avoid tilapia, which primarily comes from polluted Chinese fish farms.
