    if they are focused on their career they are to be praised for applying themselves to a goal

    They can be dedicated to their job and have a social life.They should make some time to have a social life or they could burn out. Life isn't all about working.

    If they don't have a social life or do other things out side of work then they may be becoming a work a hollick.

    No. Life goes on. Most of the time when people get married they don't keep bonds with high school friends. It's important to do what's necessary to survive.
