Volunteer to be a landlord?

Your four cousins, siblings, have mental illness & cannot live completely independantly. They need someone to help manage their finances, mow the law, shovel the driveway when it snows, etc. They live on a home that's paid for but they cannot care for it and someone needs to pay taxes. They are on disability and can pay some rent. Would you be willing to step in as a landlord/caregiver? They would otherwise be on the streets.
