What is the recommended tire to use for trucks / trailers for desert and highway driving?
We have a fleet of mobile machines permenantely installed on trucks and trailers, the machine are required to travel on highways as well as sand desert to perform some work. we are facing lots of issues with the ties, the tires are getting punctured very frequently, now we are using tires with Tube, the driver is deflating and inflating the tires before dirving into the desert. I was thinking that a tubeless tire will be better, someone suggested tire with tube and flap. i m getting lots of confusing information. the tire size is 1600R20.
Can you please help me understand this better... thanks in advance
