I have recently lost my wife unexpectedly after having our first baby. The baby is almost 4 months old now. I have been living with my in laws since then (1.5 months) but I need to take a decision whether I go back to work or not.

My sis-in-law and my mother-in-law live in X country. My sister and mother live in Y country. My job is in Z country. I have asked my employer to transfer me to country X or Y and give me a job with flexible work hours but looks like it is not very possible, still waiting for their response. My feeling is it will be very difficult to return back to work leaving my son to my in laws or to my mom and sis from 8 to 5. I feel it is better to quit my job for a year or so till the baby is old enough to go to day care. I'm worried I wont get a job again especially my current job is giving me a very good salary and it will be a big risk. I'm not so concerned about career or money now, my number 1 priority is my son but im fearing that my savings will run out and my son's future may be compromised.

I'm confused on what to do. I feel I have to be around my son 24/7, I think this is because I'm so emotionally vulnerable now.

My wife passed away and left me and my 3 months old baby. I will be getting some help in raising the baby (sis-in-law, sis, nanny...) - is there any book that i can read to help me raise my baby better specifically something about child psychology for single dads

I have always used Rimless light weight glasses. This time I decided to use Semi-Rimless (Half Rimless), unfortunately the glasses are too heavy and they are not as comfortable as the Rimless ones. I want to change the frame to Rimless again. I have already spent good amount of money in high quality lenses. Can I use the same lenses and install them in Rimless frame? Any restrictions on the design of the Rimless frame?

We have a fleet of mobile machines permenantely installed on trucks and trailers, the machine are required to travel on highways as well as sand desert to perform some work. we are facing lots of issues with the ties, the tires are getting punctured very frequently, now we are using tires with Tube, the driver is deflating and inflating the tires before dirving into the desert. I was thinking that a tubeless tire will be better, someone suggested tire with tube and flap. i m getting lots of confusing information. the tire size is 1600R20.

I want to gift my wife cycling pants, gloves and socks for the Valentine. She recently started going for spinning classes and she enjoys it. Is this a good idea or better gift her something like perfume, purse, ring etc.

Here is the story... I was travelling to various cities / countries, in one the stops, i met with my ex boss who i had a very good relationship with, I went for few drinks with him, more than i could handle, her later suggested that we go to a gentlemen club where we had few more drinks, i got very drunk that night, i didnt remember anything since we went to the gentlemen club. in the morning i woke up to find a lady sleeping next to me. I had no recollection of what happened so i called my ex-boss and asked him what happened, he said that i got too drunk and the club guys asked us to leave the place, i told my ex boss that i will walk back to the hotel (around 3 kms) which is insane given i was too drunk, he doesnt know anything about the lady. i dont remember anything from that night, i told my wife the whole story. my wife is extremely mad at me and is asking for divorce, i think this is an accident, dont get me wrong, i still take full responsibility and blame for it, but i think it is not cheating as i didnt intend to do so, i havent done it before and didnt want to do it. my wife thinks this is cheating and i must have had all intentions of doing it just because i drank more than i can handle. what do you think?

We bought a new plan from IKEA, i watered the plant, not too much but it started showing signs of dryness, then i added more water but the plan continue to die. I'm not sure if there is anything that i can do to save the plant.

I just realised that the last two pages in my passport have a header saying observations / remarks while all other pages have Visa. now all the pages with vis are full. If I send my passport to an embassy to get visa, can they stamp visa in the observation / remarks page.

My wife an I have been together for around 8 years, only married for few months now, we both love kids like crazy and always wanted to have our own. yesterday, my wife told me "let's have a baby" but since then i developed some weird feeling which i can't really describe but it is like are we ready for a baby... do we make good parents... is it a good idea now or wait for some more time. i never had this questions before. is this feeling normal?

What will you talk about? I don't think speak about myself is a good idea but i'm open for ideas...

Me and my ex-gf were living together for 3 years, after which I have decided to break up and asked her to move out as I was not feeling like marrying her due to various reasons, some where my fault and some were here's. She tried to convince me that the relationship can work but I insisted.

6 months later, I asked her back which she happily accepted after i promised her that I will change, but it took another 6 month to break up again. This time also was my decision.

Now, I want her back and I'm serious about it, but this time she rejected. She said that I have broken her heart enough times.

I want to tell her that I will really take care of her this time and it will be different. what if I propose to her? is this a good idea to tell her that I'm serious this time.

One more thing, she met a guy who was here for a short visit and now they are talking over the internet, she told me that she loves him, however this guy is in a relationship with another girl.

Long story short, I broke up with my girl friend after 3 years of living together, a few months later she moved out to her sister's apartment. 6 months later, we got back to each other, but again we broke up after 3 months. After that, she had a boy friend for only few weeks and now a second boy friend for about 6 months.

I met her recently and told her that I still love her but she said that she loves her boy friend. She told me that if her relationship with her boy friend doesn't work out she will get back to me.

I really love that girl and I want her back. Am I doing something wrong? Shall I try to get her back or just walk away?

I have cheated on my ex-girlfriend, please don't comment on this, i know it is bad, so when my gf asked me that question, I answered her with yes and I told her that I won't do it again, but she got mad and decided to breakup. I really meant it when i said that i won't do it again. what do you think i should have done?

I finished the first part of my MBA which is the general mangement. Now, I have to select two specialization out of four, [1] Operations, Quality and Supply Chain Management, [2] Finance Management, [3] Strategy Management, and [4] Marketing Management.

I'm very bad in Finance so I'm not considering the Finance Management. I'm really confused about what to select. I think Operations is very important especially that I'm working for an industrial firm, Marketing is also important as I'm in the Business Development department, and Strategy is good to understand the overall business.

What do u advice me?

I have BlackBerry Curve 9300. I noticed yesterday that I'm unable to send text messages (SMS) except locally. All the messgae that i sent are not failed but at the same time not delivered to the other side.

I spoke to vodafone, and they told me that my sim is working fine and nothing is wrong from their side.

I connected my phone to my computer and ran the automatice updates, the phone downloaded a complete new system with much more graphics. but still unable to send any message internationally.

I can send and receive message locally. and i can receive message internationally. but cannot send message internationally.

can anybody help with possible solutions?

I'm from the school of thought of putting all the money have in an investment option, keeping in bank very little to cover basic expenditures and little more for emergencies. I'm single and living abroad so my expenditure is minimal and no tax.

currently, I pay half my salary in a retirement plan, and recently, I invested the other half in a property (6 years EMI).

Besides, I have a saving certificate which gives me a good return (covers my food and other basic stuff) and a savings account.

Now, I believe I can spare around $10K to $15K from my savings account in a medium / long term investment, preferably with the option of fully / partially liquidating when necessity arises. I'm not a fan of stocks, funds and similar kinds, I prefer tangible things however open for all suggestions.

What do you think is the best way keeping in mind the current market conditions.
