Cardiac Arrest is when the heart ceases to function (ulltimately) due to Blockages IN various Arteries that provide the Heart Muscle with Oxygen for its cells so it can function IN circulating oxygenated blood OUT to each cell, and deoxygenated blood Back from each cell to the heart to "Boost" it into the Lungs so it can be reoxygenated... while a Brain Hemmorage would be caused when an Anuerysm Lets go allowing the artery to bleed into the brain causing pressure (as more and more blood compresses the Dura Mater and affected area into the skull , the other option would be blunt force Trauma Of hitting, or being struck, or striking one's head on something hard such as the windscreen of an auto...with This senerio as your bleed and pressurize you brain tissue with the Blood Later clotting, the Brain can easily become affected BY the trauma Stopping eventually the brain cells ability to work at doing they're jobs Because they are being squeezed to That point and then every organ in the body Stops working because The brain dies.... Rick said most Brain Hemmorages are caused by Anuerysms BUT I expect Many many more are caused BY Trauma ( injury to the head/skull/ brain tissues ie: Blunt force trauma falling off rooves Horses Motor cycles and bicycles atvs. Automobiles, Boating accidents, jet SKi's snowmobiles Ski accidents, Even people having crushing injuries under cars and trucks being run over in the street Water skiers being hit by boats are way more common the brain anuerysms ( and anuerysm is a Bulge in the artery when the Intima layer of the artery suffers a "dissection" or small tear... Think of a Garden hose were its bent 200,000,000 times often it flattens out and craks or tears show up the walls weaken... the artery anuerysm is similar but always on the inside the tear happens ...eventually IT can rupture, causing THE bleed.... The chicken or the egg in this case really doesnt work as simply as A or B sorry... However ONE could affect the other or bring to Light something Further.... Ie: Anuerysms if you have One then its likely you may have more then one Anuerysm you find one in your brain and They stabilize it and Find you have one in the Aorta which very well could save your life.....
