Can the observation / remarks pages in the passport be used for visas?

I just realised that the last two pages in my passport have a header saying observations / remarks while all other pages have Visa. now all the pages with vis are full. If I send my passport to an embassy to get visa, can they stamp visa in the observation / remarks page.

please share your experience.

Embassies requre visa applicants to have one up to four free visa pages on their passports. YOu will most presumably need to get a new passport before you can apply for a visa. A straightforward answer is not possible since you have not named the country for which you want to get a visa.
