There is a new entry requirement for Canada, we do not need to have a regular visa, you can use a electronic travel authorization which is easier and you can get it online in 3 hours, go to canada eta visa.

    What's your citizenship? The eta is ONLY for tourists from visa waiver countries. You must have this pre-clearance before you board an aircraft. If you are not from a visa waiver country, you still need a tourist visa.
