Please help. How would you plan for your kids?

Our 4 kids have mental illness and will never be able to fend for themselves or care for a home. They have severe social phobia, anxiety, & depression. What can I plan for their adulthood? I especially would like ideas for when we are no longer around. What kind of plan can I have in place for them?

    Oh ****. And after the second you never started thinking "well... maybe it's not meant for our genes to exist and reproduce"?
