Should I stop referring to random women as 'love' like "sorry, love" is this bad? Or unprofessional?

    I often say that and other things of that nature. It doesn't really matter too much, I don't think. To be more professional, you could say ma'am, or Miss/Ms/Mrs. (< or whatever the proper version of that is?)

    Who gives a ****.Some leaders don't even act professional;there is no incentive for regular people to act professional.If leaders aren't required to act professional, I don't have to act professional.I don't listen to people who don't act professional and expects the same from me.
