They aren't. Only a small minority of blacks are racist and those are usually idiotic blacks.

Better to ask why all blacks are black, as it's logical and true. All blacks (or whites) include many who are, but several who aren't. Prejudice stems from ignorance and often long-held beliefs over generations, and it's simply not true.
