best time traveling to berlinand makeup shops in the city?

im traveling to berlin in october 29 - november 2 -or- november 5 - november 9.

what date would be best? i so the whether at nov5-nov9 should be better, but is there any special event that may affect my decision ?

and what makeup shops are there in berlin ? what international brands do you have ? is there an unknown local, german brand that produces good makeup ?

btw is there a shop that sell makeup by Anastasia beverly hills & Morphe brushes?

    If I were you, I'd be sure and go when the shops are SHUT so you save a ton of money. Just go window-shopping.

    I have no idea about make-up and I can't help you with these questions. However if your main emphasis is shopping you should better chose November 5 to November 9. Shops are closed in Germany on sundays and on national holidays. These will be on:

    • Sunday, October, 29

    • Tuesday, October, 31 (500th anniversary of Reformation Day)

    • Wednesday, November, 1 (All Saints Day)

    • Sunday, November, 5

    October 29 - November 2 = 2 shopping days

    November 5 - November 9 = 4 shopping days
