So I told my crush I liked her and she responded well but because of other obstacles she said if somethings meant to be it will be.
Since then we’ve been texting everyday and even stayed on the phone till 3am somedays. We laugh with each other and she’s seemed to get closer with me, playfully hitting me, complimenting me, I’ve kissed her cheek. But she’s made it clear that this won’t work in the long term

A kiss on the cheek again would be okay. It does not sound as if she is interested in more. Be patient. She is right. If it is meant to be it will happen.
