Gala coming up Saturday....having last minute dress confusion. Which one should I wear?? Green or blue (see URL)?

If I had to pick one, I'd go with the green one, as the material looks softer and more luxurious, and thus more suitable for a gala. For what it's worth, I looked at a few other dresses, and here are a few that I recommend.

If I had more time, I could find something that comes closer to the perfect dress, but link #1 comes pretty darn close. If I could pick on anything, it'd be that I think velvet or any other soft, non-textured material would be better and more sensual, and even sleeve ends would be nicer, but other than that, this dress is gorgeous, especially the beautiful neck line that's perfect in every way. One more thing. When it comes to the length of the dress, I recommend either the length in link #1 or something that hits around the knee, depending on how much leg you want to show, but that's personal preference and has nothing to do with which is better.

They both look great. There is a time when you should wear the blue and a time when you should wear the green. If I had to pick one choose the green dress, it looks more formal in my opinion. However, no matter which dress you wear, wear pantyhose with it because having a polished and smoother look is important. For the pantyhose, wear nude/tan pantyhose.

i think their both very lovely and if i had too pick one it would be the blue one

Freaking out a bit as there are going to be 0ver 700 people there!! Leaning towards the green one but the blue one is really comfortable. I don't think that i can go wrong with either which is a good thing.
