Why do old people believe in censoring everything?

I am an old person and do not censoring stuff. I imagine, though, that after listening to the trashy language so many folks use, it is good to hear some nice calm conversation from time to time.

Why do YOU characterize "old people" falsely and dishonestly, using flawed logic and rhetorical devices?

Last time I checked, it wasn't old people inciting violent riots to shut down conservative speakers (UC Berkeley), it wasn't old people calling for their professors' resignations because he disagreed with a protest (Bret Weinstein), or trying to ban burritos for being insensitive to Mexicans (Stevenson College) or banning the word 'crazy' because it's insensitive to the mentally ill (Smith College).

Seems the younger generation is super sensitive, they can't bear to be in the presence of anything or anyone who might have a slightly different opinion.

I can't read your question for all the blue pencil on my computer screen. My experience is that it's young people who want to censor everything they don't agree with, especially on R&S. (Or by old people, did you mean 15 year olds?)

They have more experience in life, I guess.
