I don't know what to do please read further down it's about work requesting day off problem?

Today at work I asked the supervisor I can't make it work at the 20 and 21 October for a dentist appointment. Anyways I'm also schedule for 6 more days so that's 8 days straight in total.

Anyways she said no I can't give you those days I need you on those days. Anyways kinda pissed me off I don't know what to do

It's probably cuz they're understaffed on those days but in your defence, you told her pretty early. Do you have something online where you can access and do holiday leave? If not, reschedule your appointment if you really want this job because she sounds like she is doing you a favour by even giving you 8 days. That's A LOT and so so tiring. Or just get through it and forget about it tbh. She'll remember that you just went along with it and will remember that as a good thing.

You reschedule the dentist or quit your job. Today is Oct. 17 - you gave them all of 4 days notice when the schedule was probably already drawn up. What did you expect to happen? employers are under no obligation to grant you time off and you certainly didn't help matters by waiting until the last minute.

    Reschedule the dental appointment.
