The gender of my betta fish is confusing!?
I got a fish from PetSmart.(betta) Its a female with the white egg seed on her butt. But I noticed a she made a bubble nest today. Can anyone tell me why?

I have no idea what a "White egg seed" is supposed to be. But a male betta will have large beautiful fins, and a female will have smaller less impressive fins. Generally the males make bubble nests but occasionally females will make bubbles at the surface just for fun. Females get black and white stripes on their sides when they are ready to mate.
