Like special prosecutors, constitutional conventions cannot be controlled once they get rolling.

Only if I was president of the convention and had control over what was allowed to be updated or modified. And given a license to kill.

No it would not.

What we need is a way to have elected representatives that are accountable to the people that elected them. If there were another Constitutional Convention it would be run by the same crooked politicians that control Washington DC. So accountability would never be considered.
