The fact of the matter, Nobody can have faith until God puts that faith into you. the reason why Peter denied the Lord Jesus Christ is because he was unsaved at the time, and the Lord Jesus Christ new it and that is why he told Peter that he would deny him, all of his disciple denied him because none of them were saved until the Lord Jesus Christ rose from the grave after three days from being crucified.
