I have a cut on the roof of my mouth?

It started off as a bump but I think it burst on its own and now I feel extremely sharp pain almost constantly. It’s the worst when I try to eat. I looked online and it says these things lasts 2 weeks. I CANNOT BEAR TWO WEEKS OF THIS. Can I like, put a bandage on it? Are there any tips to reduce the pain? Ibuprofen doesn’t really do much

Can you put a bandage on it? Just how to you expect to put a bandage on the roof of your mouth?

It sounds as if you might have a mouth ulcer (also known as a canker sore). Rinse your mouth out with salt water 2 or 3 times a day.

They usually heal within 2 weeks, but they can cause pain when you eat or talk. If it lasts longer than that, see a doctor.

You MUST see a dentist first. HE might send you to an Oral Surgeon.

Things like that are NOT common, and are often VERY serious.

Use orajel or its generic equivalent. Something topical will be more effective than pills.
