Thoughts on caffiene pills?

Thinking about trying them out cause they are not bad for your teeth like coffee or soda

Sure; just watch your dosage. And they will work better if you drink water with them, because water is part of what keeps you going.

Soda is far worse for your teeth than soda..As long as you drink some water after your coffee and rinse your teeth coffee won't harm your teeth either.

Take the pills if you want but I prefer the warm comfort of a cup of coffee.

They're 2h mg p/ pill 💊 which half the recommended maximum dose of daily Caffeine. I would take them with precaution. Don't take them every day, space them out every 2 or 3 days maybe even a once a week. I'm switching over to pills for a boost too.
