MORALS: Does anybody even know what that is anymore? People in the world today don't even know what A SIN is anymore.?

It seems that people choose to believe in Evolution just so they aren't botherad with the CONSEQUENCES. WHY?

People in the world today don't even know what A SIN is anymore.?

    - Sins change with the wind. What was a mortal sin when I was a kid is no longer even a sin.

It seems that people choose to believe in Evolution just so they aren't botherad with the CONSEQUENCES

    - Says the idiot. One has nothing to do with the other, ESPECIALLY since as a fundie you can rape and pillage your entire life and then kiss the ecclesiastical AS$ and be good to go. ZERO consequences/responsibility. Thinking scares you doesn't it.

For the most part, you are correct.

Everyone knows what morals are, but because the religion of Atheism causes one to not acknowledge that they are responsible to the Creator for their actions, they don't wish to believe in Him or read His infallible Word in the Bible (Psalm 14:1).

    No, belief isn't a choice.

I accept evolution because of the mountain of evidence for it... it all makes sense.

    "Sin" is a human-invented concept.

Yes, everyone it seems knows what morals represent except the persons calling themselves religious and god believers. The world is changing and that old ignorant belief crapola is going away. That's what you really feel now, but you will feel worse about the change later, but neither you nor you cult's god can stop the change. People are learning how to not be trapped in superstition hocus-pocus nonsense that should have come to an end about the 7 th century CE. Sin is another lie connected to the superstition that moron are taught which claim that you have a soul and that you must protect it or you will go to hell. All such nonsense was thought out by the liars who made of the foolish stories in the cult called Christianity for the one purpose of keeping the ignorant as members so the crooked church and priests and preachers can collect your money. It is looking you right in the eyes and telling you that is it crooked but you fail to see. It is the biggest con game the world has ever known.

“Sin lies only in hurting other people unnecessarily. All other "sins" are invented nonsense. (Hurting yourself is not sinful - just stupid).”

    Robert A. Heinlein (American science-fiction Writer, 1907-1988)

Let me try to make crystal clear what is established beyond reasonable doubt, and what needs further study, about evolution. Evolution as a process that has always gone on in the history of the earth can be doubted only by those who are ignorant of the evidence or are resistant to evidence, owing to emotional blocks or to plain bigotry. By contrast, the mechanisms that bring evolution about certainly need study and clarification. There are no alternatives to evolution as history that can withstand critical examination. Yet we are constantly learning new and important facts about evolutionary mechanisms.

According to the bible, which one of the following is immoral?

    a) Raping someone

    b) Treating women as objects

    c) Picking up sticks on a Saturday

    d) Genocide

    e) Infanticide

    f) Killing someone for having different views to you

    g) Slavery

According to the Bible, only option c) is wrong. All of the others are either accepted as mainstream, or even encouraged, in the Bible.

However, you and I both know that all of the others are wrong and that c) is perfectly innocent. You do not get your morality from scripture and neither does anyone else.

Searching through religious scripture for morality is like searching through the sewers for small coins; sure, there is some in there, but is it really worth it?

I am sure they do Who needs a book to say that "murder is wrong" or "you shouldn't steal"? Those are just TWO examples of morals that are "hardwired" into people.
